We’ve been on the receiving end of some pretty poor customer service this week. A few simple changes would have made the experience so much better! We’ve thought on it a lot and wanted to share 5 1/2 ways that you can delight your customers!



#1. Get your customer service right. Go above and beyond.

#2. Listen to what they want, act on feedback and exceed expectations.

#3. Surprise your customer. Do the unexpected and make them feel special.

#4. Make it a positive experience. Such an attitude spreads and has a profound effect on others.

#5. Make life easy for them. Be a brilliant problem solver, not just on ‘this’ problem – take their future hassles away.

#5.5. Be accessible…& always respond to communications!
